THE ROLE As People Advisor for Nigeria, you’ll be the day-to-day people point of contact for our Lagos hub of 250+ team members. You’ll own employee relations cases end to end and be a confident, credible voice that managers turn to for advice and coaching on their people challenges. You’ll work closely with the People Lead, Africa on the wider regional agenda, escalating the more strategic or complex issues to them.
