PCT Lead - Injectable Inspection

This leadership role oversees people, technology, resources, and operational activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.You will help ensure injectable products meet demanding standards for quality, compliance, safety, cost, and delivery.The position combines people leadership with technical and operational oversight, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.You will work closely with quality, production, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain reliable supply and audit readiness.The role offers meaningful opportunities to solve complex problems, improve processes, and introduce innovative approaches to manufacturing operations.You will also develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and structured development plans.Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, this is an on-site position with occasional weekend, shutdown, and holiday coverage.
