Payroll Supervisor

The Payroll Supervisor leads day-to-day payroll operations across a multi-state, multi-entity organization, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution.This hands-on role combines operational oversight with direct payroll processing when needed to maintain business continuity.You will serve as a key subject-matter expert, resolving complex payroll, tax, and jurisdictional issues while strengthening internal controls.The role works closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Compliance to ensure payroll data and processes remain reliable and well documented.You will also contribute to system improvements, reporting, automation, and process standardization that reduce operational and compliance risk.The position is well suited to an analytical, process-minded professional who values accuracy, discretion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The role is open to candidates located in the Denver, Colorado area
