Join a global Payroll Operations team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll delivery for your assigned country.You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and strong data quality.The role combines hands-on payroll expertise with process improvement, performance management, and stakeholder collaboration.You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Payroll Implementation, Product, and Engineering in a highly international environment.As a lead, you’ll also mentor payroll specialists and provide operational support to regional managers when needed.The culture is remote-first and largely asynchronous, giving you the autonomy to organize your work around your life.It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build efficient, scalable global payroll operations.
