Payroll Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Program Manager based in United States. This role will own the strategy, operational design, and success metrics for a growing embedded payroll offering. You’ll shape onboarding and support processes, build scalable playbooks, and establish clear workflows for the teams delivering the service. The position combines program management, partner support, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll remain closely connected to complex and strategic partner relationships while improving the overall customer experience. You’ll also manage the relationship with the payroll infrastructure provider and translate recurring customer needs into product and engineering feedback.
