Payroll Platforms Specialist (Must be in EST or CST)

This role is responsible for administering and optimizing global payroll and HR technology platforms in a complex, multi-country environment.You will help ensure payroll processes remain accurate, compliant, efficient, and well-controlled across multiple stakeholders and regions.The position combines hands-on platform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational support.You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, HR technology teams, country teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.The role also contributes to platform implementations, go-live readiness, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.It is an opportunity for a payroll technology professional to take ownership of critical systems while helping strengthen employee-pay operations globally.Success in this position requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities independently in a changing environment.
