This is a high-impact payroll leadership role overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for a 500+ person, multi-state workforce.You’ll own payroll accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and employee data integrity across US and international payroll populations.The role serves as a key bridge between Finance and People, ensuring payroll information flows smoothly across both functions.You’ll bring deep expertise in multi-state wage and hour requirements, with particular responsibility for complex state regulations.Beyond payroll processing, you’ll contribute to financial reporting, headcount planning, audits, and process improvements.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with complexity, and confident working across teams in a remote-first environment.This is an opportunity to strengthen and scale payroll operations within a fast-growing organization while becoming a trusted subject-matter expert.
