Payroll Consultant

As a Payroll Consultant, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients across a diverse, multi-state environment.You will oversee payroll cycles ranging from weekly and bi-weekly to semi-monthly and monthly, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.The role combines payroll expertise, client relationship management, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement.You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance on payroll practices, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.You will also collaborate with tax, benefits, HRIS, and other internal teams to address complex payroll matters and ensure regulatory compliance.Working with modern payroll technologies, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and strengthen operational controls.This remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys client-facing work and managing multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
