Payroll Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Analyst based in the United States. This is a remote opportunity supporting accurate, timely, and reliable payroll operations within a fast-growing technology environment.The role will help manage payroll cycles across multiple states and potentially international locations, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.You’ll work closely with Payroll, People, Accounting, and Finance teams to reconcile data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong controls.The position combines hands-on payroll administration with opportunities to improve systems, documentation, and recurring workflows.You’ll also contribute to tax compliance, year-end reporting, audits, and the ongoing expansion of payroll operations.AI and automation tools will be leveraged to streamline processes and increase efficiency.This role is well suited to a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys solving problems and improving how payroll works at scale.
