An experienced Payroll Analyst responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions within a high volume and growth technology environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage the full payroll lifecycle while partnering cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

This is a Remote role that can be based anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processing across EMEA and APAC liaising closely with the 3rd party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Execute full payroll cycles including data validation, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, off-cycle payments, final settlements, and year-end processes.
  • Review and audit employee data changes, reconcile payroll outputs, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Partner with People, Benefits, Accounting and Operations teams to maintain alignment on payroll processes, controls and policies.
