Role Summary We are looking for a Financial Controller to serve as the financial authority on embedded finance across our portfolio. You will not only manage the financial integrity of our existing payment-enabled companies, but act as the internal subject matter expert guiding new acquisitions through the transition to modern, high-margin payment business models. Key Responsibilities - Group Reporting: Oversee the consolidated close process, ensuring that the unique characteristics of payment revenue (merchant fees, pass-through costs, settlement cycles, payment terminal revenues and costs) are accurately captured in our group-wide reporting. - Coordinate the collections of non-financial data that drive the performance of everfields embedded Finance functions (GMV, GMV penetrations, merchants and attachment rates) and partner with business intelligence and payments to continuously elevate management reporting across the embedded finance value chain - Strategic support: Partner with Portfolio MDs and finance business partners to help them understand the unit economics of their payment products, enabling them to make data-driven decisions on pricing and distribution.
