Payments Dispute & Chargeback Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payments Dispute & Chargeback Specialist based in India. This is a fully remote opportunity for a payments professional to take ownership of the complete chargeback and dispute lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce and telehealth environment.You will investigate disputed transactions, build compelling evidence packages, and work to improve dispute outcomes while protecting revenue.The role combines payment operations, fraud investigation, risk monitoring, and data analysis to identify patterns and prevent recurring issues.You will collaborate closely with Customer Support, Finance, Payments Operations, and fraud prevention teams to resolve disputes efficiently.Success in this role will directly contribute to maintaining healthy chargeback ratios, reducing fraud, and strengthening payment operations.The environment is highly autonomous and dynamic, making it well suited to someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and is comfortable working with limited oversight.Professional-level English and availability during U.S. business hours are ...
