As a Patient Services Operational Strategist, you will drive measurable improvements across patient financial interactions and service operations.You will help strengthen quality, analytics, governance, and operational performance across caregiver-led and AI-enabled channels.The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on solution development, using data and feedback to identify opportunities and emerging risks.You will design scalable frameworks, playbooks, knowledge resources, and performance insights that enable consistent execution.You will also contribute to the development and optimization of AI and knowledge-assistance capabilities supporting caregivers and patients.Working with significant autonomy, you will collaborate across operations, technology, analytics, compliance, and other functions.As a senior individual contributor, you will influence strategic decisions and help build sustainable improvements across patient services.
