This remote role supports patients in understanding and managing the financial responsibilities associated with their healthcare services.You’ll provide personalized guidance on payment options, Medicaid eligibility, financial assistance programs, and self-pay obligations.The position combines financial counseling, account analysis, customer service, and problem-solving in a patient-centered environment.You’ll help patients and guarantors understand their options while developing practical action plans to resolve outstanding responsibilities.The role may also support patient inquiries through a financial services call center.Success requires strong communication, attention to detail, healthcare financial knowledge, and a consistent commitment to exceeding patient expectations.This is a full-time remote opportunity working primarily during daytime-to-evening hours.
