This remote role supports patients before scheduled healthcare services by ensuring their financial and insurance information is accurate and complete.You will serve as an important first point of contact, helping patients understand their expected financial responsibilities before receiving care.The position combines insurance verification, financial clearance, patient communication, and account support.You will collaborate with patients and internal teams to resolve coverage, registration, authorization, and billing-related questions.Strong communication and empathy are essential when discussing sensitive financial matters and helping de-escalate concerns.The role offers an opportunity to directly improve the patient experience while supporting efficient reimbursement and revenue-cycle processes.This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a standard 40-hour workweek and remote flexibility.
