This remote, customer-facing role supports patients and cardiology clinic teams within a technology-enabled cardiac monitoring environment.You will help patients maintain connectivity with their home monitoring equipment and ensure timely, accurate communication.The role combines compassionate customer service with scheduling, documentation, data entry, and technical troubleshooting.You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient needs and maintain smooth communication across the care ecosystem.Success requires empathy, patience, strong organization, and confidence working across multiple digital systems.Basic cardiology knowledge is required, while cardiac device, electrophysiology, or remote-monitoring experience is especially valuable.The position offers a full-time remote environment with a focus on meaningful patient support and reliable service.
