Partner Sales Manager

This role is focused on driving revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships across the LATAM region.You will build and manage relationships with solution and technology partners, turning those relationships into predictable, partner-sourced opportunities.The position combines partner strategy, enterprise sales execution, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration.You will work closely with sales leadership and field Account Executives to align partner activity with territory objectives.The role also involves coaching partner sales teams on structured enterprise sales practices, forecasting, and opportunity management.You will collaborate with partner marketing, programs, operations, and enablement teams to activate partners and accelerate growth.This is an entrepreneurial, data-driven opportunity for an experienced partner or channel professional who is motivated by revenue impact and execution.
