We're looking for a UK Partner Marketing Manager who'll team up with Britain's biggest retailers to put Affirm in front of millions of consumers and make it the payment they choose first.

Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, you'll be the driving force behind Affirm's merchant co-marketing strategy across the UK. Think of yourself as the connective tissue between Affirm, some of Britain's biggest retailers, and millions of consumers. Drive customer acquisition through merchant partnerships, Build awareness of Affirm among target customers via collaborative campaigns, Deliver mutual growth -  for Affirm and our partners, Shape the UK marketing roadmap in lockstep with broader market goals, You'll own end-to-end partner marketing relationships with key UK merchants, building programmes that deliver measurable results while navigating the unique dynamics of the British retail landscape. This is a role for a strategic marketer who relishes complexity and builds partnerships that last. You'll join a team that values bold thinking, radical ownership, and genuine collaboration.


What you'll do
Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels — from go-to-market strategy through to monthly planning and optimisation
  • Identify campaign targets aligned with business goals: awareness, acquisition, engagement, and payments adoption across the entire customer journey
  • Partner with external media agencies, internal growth marketing, and brand teams to develop high-performing media plans and compelling creative

Partnership Development

  • Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners — be the trusted advisor they call first
  • Proactively spot opportunities to optimise performance and accelerate growth together
  • Partner with the Sales team on strategic RFPs, developing bespoke marketing plans that win new business
