About the role

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Veeam Software solutions. The Partner Manager must develop executive-level relationships and build/execute business plans with large Value Added Resellers/Integrators (VARs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)

The successful candidate must have proven and track record Enterprise Software Solution Sales experience.

Location of this role: Remote from the Netherlands (Work from Home).

What youΒ΄ll do

  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the assigned list of Partners
  • Developing and executing business plan
  • Recruiting, training and enabling
  • Working closely with Veeam Account Managers and Channel Partners on closing large enterprise deals
  • Account mapping
  • Track record of accomplishment selling in the virtualisation / IT Infrastructure market
  • Quarterly Target setting and tracking
  • Recurrent meetings and follow up
  • Proven relationships in top channel partners and the ability to open new business opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales that gets results

What youΒ΄ll bring

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience with a channel-focused company
  • Proven track record of successful selling in the channelΒ 
  • Knowledge of virtualisation technology, experience with VMware and HyperV is a plus
  • Experience in previous software backup channel sales desirable
  • Must have excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Strong team-working attitude in extended multi-cultural team
