We work closely across Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Business Systems to create seamless experiences for both partners and internal teams. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Partner Strategy, Operations & Programs team, the Partner Experience Lead will help design and scale the operating model that enables OpenAI’s partner ecosystem to grow effectively. This role sits at the intersection of partner experience, GTM operations, systems, enablement, and business performance.
