Paralegal, Partnerships, Procurement and Corporate Governance

Our partner is looking for a Paralegal, Partnerships, Procurement and Corporate Governance based in the United States. This remote role sits within a Legal & Compliance team and combines commercial contracting, procurement, partnerships, and corporate governance responsibilities. You will support the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of a broad range of business agreements while helping internal teams manage contractual risk effectively. The position also offers exposure to entity management, board and committee processes, corporate records, and governance activities. You will work closely with legal, procurement, partnership, and business stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to process improvements, standardization, and the adoption of AI-powered legal tools.
