Our partner is looking for a Paralegal, Legal Operations & Communications based in the United States. This is an opportunity to become the operational backbone of a fast-growing legal function within a high-growth consumer business.You will coordinate legal matters across contracts, corporate affairs, employment, intellectual property, compliance, and disputes.The role combines traditional paralegal responsibilities with legal project management and cross-functional communications.You will create structure around priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and legal workstreams while keeping matters moving from intake to completion.Working closely with attorneys, executives, internal teams, and outside counsel, you will help ensure clear communication and effective execution.The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build scalable legal processes, systems, and SOPs.It is well suited to an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of getting things done.
