Paid Media Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist based in Brazil. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other performance channels. You will work across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads to drive efficient customer acquisition. The position combines hands-on campaign management with data analysis, testing, competitor research, and budget optimization. You will use performance metrics to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and continuously improve campaign efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations. The role offers an opportunity to develop deeper expertise in performance marketing within a fast-paced, highly regulated iGaming environment.
