This is a hands-on paid media role focused on driving measurable growth for home services businesses.You will own Google Ads strategy and execution, with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) as a central part of the role.You’ll manage campaigns end to end, from account structure and targeting to optimization, testing, and budget allocation.The role also includes Meta Ads, performance reporting, and close collaboration on landing pages and lead-generation systems.Success will be measured through meaningful business outcomes such as qualified leads, booked jobs, ROAS, and cost per lead.You’ll work independently across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment, with significant ownership over paid media strategy.This is an individual contributor opportunity for an experienced specialist who wants to make a visible impact without people-management responsibilities.
