PH - PAID MEDIA CREATIVE SPECIALIST We're looking for a PH - Marketing Creative Specialist to own the creative outcomes for paid social campaigns — concepts, iterations, and final static and video deliverables — directly driving the metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) that determine campaign performance, while also making ads that are beautiful and delight our clients. You'll also be stepping into building and owning AI-augmented creative workflows — using AI as leverage to increase the volume and quality of what you ship, without letting it replace your own trend instincts and creative judgment.
