Outreach Specialist, Pharmacy Outreach

The Pharmacy Outreach Specialist is responsible for patient outreach, coordinating with practices and pharmacies to promote medication adherence and improve patient health outcomes and pharmacy quality measures. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones.
