This part-time role offers an opportunity to expand access to labor education, leadership development, and community programming across Pennsylvania.You will help strengthen relationships with workers, labor organizations, and other key stakeholders while increasing program reach and engagement.Working closely with faculty and support teams, you will coordinate events, communications, marketing, and outreach initiatives.The role combines independent ownership with collaborative work in a mission-driven educational environment.You will represent the program at local and regional events and help identify new opportunities for growth and impact.The position offers flexible scheduling of up to 24 hours per week, with hybrid or remote work options within Pennsylvania.Occasional travel and evening or weekend commitments will be required to support events and stakeholder engagement.
