This role is focused on building and scaling an outbound referral channel that connects families with essential mental health services.You will develop relationships with school-based mental health professionals who can become trusted referral partners.The position is highly hands-on, combining prospect research, cold email, phone outreach, event campaigns, and relationship building.You will own the outreach process from targeted list creation through engagement, qualification, and partner activation.You’ll have meaningful ownership of measurable growth metrics while experimenting with messaging, channels, and new approaches.Working closely with Growth, Clinical, and Operations teams, you’ll help turn successful tactics into repeatable processes and playbooks.This is an opportunity for a resourceful, persistent, mission-driven professional to make a direct impact while helping build a growing referral channel.
