Outbound Warehouse Manager

This role is responsible for leading outbound warehouse operations and ensuring customer shipments are accurate, timely, and efficiently managed.You will oversee staging, shipping, labor allocation, carrier coordination, and daily warehouse activities across LTL, parcel, and truckload operations.The position plays a key role in achieving strong on-time delivery performance while controlling operational costs and minimizing freight damage.You will lead warehouse supervisors and team leads, coordinate closely with transportation partners, and collaborate with internal departments.The role also involves maintaining safe, clean, compliant, and technology-enabled warehouse operations.You will have opportunities to identify process improvements, introduce cost-saving measures, and implement operational changes that improve efficiency.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced distribution environment with meaningful responsibility for service, safety, and operational performance.
