Outbound Recruiter

As an Outbound Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across diverse business functions and specialized skill areas. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international markets, focusing particularly on lateral hiring and hard-to-find profiles. Your mission will go beyond reviewing applications, requiring you to proactively identify passive candidates, build strategic talent pipelines, and engage professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will recruit across areas such as Business Operations, Administration, Accounting, Finance, AI, Automation, and technology-driven roles.
