OtC Consultant — SAP Order-to-Cash

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a OtC Consultant — SAP Order-to-Cash based in Italy. This is a remote freelance opportunity supporting a large-scale SAP transformation project within a global pharmaceutical environment. You will take functional ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across order management, delivery, billing, and invoicing. The role combines hands-on SAP configuration with solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and production support. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. The position also involves improving integrations between SAP and external platforms while ensuring reliable, scalable solutions. It is well suited to an experienced SAP OTC professional who can work independently and navigate complex enterprise environments.
