Position summary

Nava is seeking a Product Manager to join our team developing OSCER Nava's Open Source solution for Medicaid Community Engagement Requirements. As part of this team, you will support early stage product and platform development, including but not limited to product and platform iteration, market research, and user research in support of current and prospective clients.Β 

What you'll do

  • Executing and iterating OSCER product strategy to help states meet new community engagement requirements with minimal administrative burden
  • Collaborating cross-functionally across design and engineering to progress and execute on team priorities
  • Strategically considering how OSCER integrates with and complements Nava’s broader Strata product portfolio, identifying opportunities for product synergy and cohesive user experiences
  • Conducting ongoing policy research on Medicaid programs and stay current on policy changes that impact product direction
  • Measuring team impact and reporting on progress towards company goals
  • Filling the gaps and adapting to changing team needs in order to drive team outcomes
  • Representing OSCER externally via public and private demos, market research calls, user research calls, and prospective client calls
