Organizational Change Manager – Senior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Organizational Change Manager – Senior based in Canada. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to lead organizational change and business readiness for a large-scale digital modernization initiative. You will develop and execute change strategies that help stakeholders, business teams and end users successfully adopt new processes, technologies and digital services. The role spans the full transformation lifecycle, from impact assessment and stakeholder engagement through training, deployment, go-live and stabilization. You will work closely with project leaders, technical teams, operational groups, subject matter experts and vendors to ensure organizations are prepared for meaningful change. You will also help identify responsible opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to strengthen communications, training and readiness activities.
