Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant based in United States. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant will support major Medicaid technology and organizational transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on a Puerto Rico Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) program. This role combines organizational change expertise, project management, and healthcare technology knowledge to help public-sector organizations successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. You will serve as a trusted advisor to state Medicaid agency stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and other partners. The position offers opportunities to lead OCM activities, develop strategic deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support complex transformation programs. You will work in a collaborative consulting environment where adaptability, communication, and relationship-building are essential. Approximately 25% travel to client sites may be required as projects evolve.
