As Organic Growth Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of SEO, AEO, and GEO across a portfolio of three distinct brands.You’ll build an integrated organic growth strategy that turns search visibility into qualified pipeline and revenue.The role combines technical SEO, content intelligence, AI-search optimization, authority building, and conversion optimization.You’ll determine how brands should compete or complement one another across topics, audiences, and search journeys.Working closely with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Engineering, you’ll turn insights into measurable business outcomes.You’ll also help define how brands remain visible as traditional search evolves toward AI-generated answers and agentic discovery.This is a high-ownership, builder-oriented opportunity in a remote-first environment where experimentation and measurable impact are highly valued.
