About the Role We are looking for a strategic and hands-on operator to help build and scale the operational backbone supporting OpenAI's Ads monetization business. This role will own operational readiness and execution across the Ads Order-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring scalable billing operations, financial accuracy, and strong operational controls.
