This is a leadership-level opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM professional to shape and deliver scalable HR technology solutions in a remote environment.The role combines functional HR expertise with hands-on technical development across the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.You will lead a small team while owning projects, enhancements, integrations, and production support.You will partner closely with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.The position offers broad exposure to Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence Management, reporting, integrations, and data migration.You will also help drive release management, quarterly Oracle updates, testing, and continuous platform improvement.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise HR technology strategy while remaining technically engaged in complex Oracle HCM solutions.
