Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Payroll

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Payroll based in India. This is a hands-on consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients.You will translate complex payroll requirements into scalable, well-configured solutions aligned with business needs and leading practices.The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and fit-gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders as well as onshore and offshore functional and technical teams.A key part of the role involves ensuring payroll calculations, integrations, data conversions, and cross-functional processes perform accurately and reliably.You will also contribute to client workshops, solution validation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting throughout delivery.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM professional to take ownership of complex payroll transformation projects in a collaborative consulting environment.
