Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across the Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem. This role is accountable for scalable design, extensibility, integrations, automation, reporting enablement, AI adoption, and remediation of technical debt. You will assess the current Fusion landscape, identify design gaps and underutilized capabilities, define improvement roadmaps, and lead hands-on implementation while ensuring upgrade readiness, performance, and audit compliance. In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead the engineering team, enforce code and configuration governance, and drive predictable, high-quality delivery across Fusion and related integrations.
