ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented Optical Billing Assistant to support our billing team with accurate data entry, billing reconciliation, and order processing for optical products, including eyeglasses and contact lenses. In this role, you’ll work across multiple systems to ensure patient order and billing information is accurately transferred, updated, and processed. You’ll be responsible for reviewing information between systems, entering payments and discounts, and identifying discrepancies before orders are billed. Optical experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong healthcare or medical billing experience and excellent attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.
