This role offers the opportunity to turn complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights.You will work across multiple data sources, business functions, and brands to strengthen reporting and decision-making.The position combines data analysis, dashboard development, business requirements gathering, and technical problem-solving.You will help establish reliable reporting and a consistent view of operational performance across quality, service, cost, and productivity metrics.Working closely with business stakeholders and Business Intelligence teams, you will translate evolving needs into effective reporting solutions.The role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design through deployment and ongoing support.Based in Carlsbad, California, it also offers the possibility of working from home up to two days per week.
