Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the operations team at an AI-powered recruiting startup, working alongside operations colleagues and company leadership. You will coordinate candidate introductions and hiring manager follow-ups to help keep recruiting activity organized and moving forward. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations. - Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates. - Review candidate lists for fit with role, location, and salary requirements. - Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps. - Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements. - Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, reviewing their output for accuracy. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Some experience in customer service, recruiting, scheduling, support, sales, or another customer-facing coordination role.
