Operations & Client Success Manager

This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role responsible for the full client experience after onboarding.You will own relationships, retention, communication, and service delivery across multiple marketing initiatives.The role combines client success with hands-on operations, process improvement, and team coordination.You will build scalable systems, document workflows, and introduce automation to improve efficiency.You will work closely with teams delivering Meta Ads, organic content, and production projects.Success in this position requires strong commercial judgment, organization, ownership, and communication.The role offers the opportunity to directly shape how a growing remote marketing operation serves its clients.
