The Fool Community Foundation was founded by The Motley Fool to expand wealth-building opportunities for the two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck. We believe that with the right tools, community, and support, everyone can make progress toward financial freedom- whether it’s saving, investing, or taking steps to build generational wealth.

What does this team do?

The Fool Community Foundation is a small, mission-driven team working to expand access to financial freedom. As a lean organization, strong operations are essential to everything we do- from supporting our team and contractors to maintaining the systems and processes that keep our work organized and moving forward.

Our Operations team creates the structure behind the scenes that allows the broader Foundation team to focus on its mission. That means building reliable processes, maintaining clean and useful systems, coordinating important team activities, and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks.
