Operational Excellence Lead

This role will drive operational excellence across a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage assets.You’ll develop scalable processes, systems, and best practices that support safe, reliable, and commercially effective operations.A key focus will be leading the implementation and optimization of Sitetracker for asset management and post-COD operations.You’ll translate complex contractual, technical, compliance, safety, warranty, and O&M requirements into clear workflows and standardized processes.The position also offers an opportunity to apply AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, process automation, and operational efficiency.Working across multiple teams and projects, you’ll identify gaps, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the operating fleet.This is a high-impact opportunity for a process-oriented professional to help build the systems and discipline needed to scale energy infrastructure operations.
