Oncology Nurse Navigator

As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will provide compassionate, clinically focused support to members throughout their cancer journey.Working remotely by phone and email, you will help members navigate symptoms, treatment needs, care coordination, and complex clinical situations.You will conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor member health, and collaborate closely with nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams.The role emphasizes longitudinal oncology care and symptom management rather than hospital admission or discharge coordination.You will also help address social needs, strengthen connections across the care network, and support members through survivorship or end-of-life care.This is an opportunity to combine strong oncology expertise with empathy, clinical judgment, and technology-enabled care in a mission-driven environment.
