POSITION SUMMARY:
Natera’s laboratory genetic counselors serve as clinical liaisons to patients and providers regarding Natera’s test offerings as well as assisting in lab operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, finalize, and call out test results for Natera’s oncology products.
- Answer health care provider inquiries regarding Natera’s oncology products.
- Provide pre- and/or post- test telephone genetic information sessions to patients who are considering or have had testing through Natera.
- Assist in development of patient consents, GC protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials.
- Write or collaborate on abstracts or papers involving Natera oncology tests.
- Support Natera’s oncology internal teams and field teams by answering questions and assisting with day to day lab operations.
- Obtain and maintain GC licensure in all states offering licensure
