Onboarding Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Specialist based in United States. This fully remote role plays a key part in helping patients successfully begin and engage with a virtual care program. You’ll connect with patients by phone, introduce them to a remote monitoring device, and guide them through setup and their first successful scan. The position combines patient education, compassionate communication, motivation, and operational accuracy. You’ll own the onboarding journey for assigned patients while helping remove barriers to activation. Working across Operations, Sales, and Device Operations, you’ll contribute to a consistent and positive patient experience. The role is well suited to someone who is organized, empathetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a performance-focused remote environment.
