As a Menu Onboarding Consultant—Toast’s expert menu implementation consultant—you are the lead of the menu experience for our most complex, high-value customers. In this role, "static" is not in our vocabulary. You will serve as a dedicated partner, utilizing your expertise in Toast’s Multi-Location Management (MLM) tools to build menus that meet customer requirements and lead to successful implementations. You thrive in the "gray area," navigating ambiguity to deliver a bespoke customer experience from the moment the project kicks off through to the end of the roll out.
