As we expand into the Solana ecosystem, we are looking for a Solana Smart Contracts Engineer to lead the development and deployment of smart contracts, ensuring peak performance in order execution and cross-chain interoperability.
As a Solana Smart Contracts Engineer, you will:
Develop, deploy, and optimize smart contracts for Odos Smart Order Routing (SOR) on Solana.
Ensure high-performance order execution by working closely with the infra and algorithm teams, identifying optimizations where necessary.
Collaborate with the product team to design and implement new trading solutions in Rust.
Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability, integrating Solana with Ethereum, and other blockchain ecosystems.
Stay ahead of Solana’s evolving ecosystem, leveraging the latest innovations to enhance performance and efficiency.
5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Solana smart contract development.
Proficient in Rust, with deep knowledge of Solana’s smart contract architecture (e.g., Anchor framework).
Experience in cross-chain solutions—familiarity with EVM and non-EVM architectures.
Strong understanding of Solana’s DeFi ecosystem and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for blockchain innovation.

You have a background in TradeFi
You have worked previously in DeFi or other crypto protocols
Experience with Web3 specific libraries and blockchain data APIs
